Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape straight and not too tight. Waist: Find the narrowest part of your waist (around belly button level) and measure around without pulling too tightly. Hips: Measure around the widest part of your hips, ensuring the tape is level. Height: Measure from the top of your head to the floor for accurate reference.
