Shipping policy

DELIVERY POLICY


Order processing may take between 1 and 10 business days, depending on product availability, inventory location, production capacity, order volume, and operational workload.

After processing, your order may require an additional 1 to 3 business days for packaging, shipping label generation, and carrier pickup.

Once the package is collected by the carrier, the estimated transit time is 2 to 5 business days, depending on the destination, shipping method, customs procedures, and carrier performance.

Delivery times are estimates only and do not guarantee a specific delivery date.

Fulfillment Locations

Orders may be shipped from Mexico, the United States, or any other warehouse or fulfillment location designated by Work & Chill, depending on product availability, destination, inventory location, and operational needs.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout after entering the delivery address. Rates may vary depending on the destination, shipping method, and carrier availability.

International Orders and Customs

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, handling fees, or additional charges required by the destination country.

These charges are determined by local authorities, customs offices, shipping carriers, or third-party logistics providers and are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise expressly stated by Work & Chill.

Work & Chill has no control over customs procedures, customs fees, inspections, package holds, or import taxes.

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the carrier with a valid tracking number, the delivery process is managed by the shipping carrier.

Work & Chill is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, strikes, holidays, high demand, force majeure events, or any circumstances beyond our control.

If tracking confirms that the package was delivered to the address provided at checkout, Work & Chill is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misplaced, removed, or damaged after delivery.

Incorrect Address, Failed Delivery, or Returned Packages

The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information before completing the purchase.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the package, or unpaid customs duties or taxes, the customer will be responsible for any additional costs required to resend the order.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Lost, Missing, or Delayed Packages

If a package is delayed, missing, or suspected to be lost, Work & Chill will assist the customer by opening a formal investigation or claim with the carrier.

Refunds, replacements, or resolutions cannot be processed until the carrier provides an official determination confirming the final status of the shipment.

Each case will be reviewed based on the carrier’s investigation and final determination.

Express delivery requests are subject to product availability, warehouse location, destination, carrier availability, customs procedures, and operational capacity. Express delivery is not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed by Work & Chill.

Additional costs may apply and must be covered by the customer before shipment.
