REFUND
Work and Chill does not issue refunds for confirmed purchases.
Refunds are only applicable in the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect. In such cases, Work and Chill will cover the cost of return shipping and will either replace or refund the item.
The customer must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery, providing photo evidence and a description via email to ventas@workandchill.com or WhatsApp at +52 477 401 8990.
Once the item is received, it will be reviewed and audited by our team:
— If the defect is confirmed, a refund or replacement will be issued at no additional cost.
— If the item passes inspection and no defect is found, no refund will be processed. If the customer wishes to retrieve the item, they will need to cover the return shipping fee.
All items must be returned in original condition: unused, unwashed, unaltered, and with original tags.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are only accepted for size adjustments within the same model and must pass an audit upon return.
Final sale, embroidered, discounted, or altered items are not eligible for exchange.
Customers must notify us within 5 business days of receiving the order, via email at ventas@workandchill.com or WhatsApp at +52 477 401 8990.
Customers in the United States must ship the item back using the carrier of their choice. Once the item arrives, it will be inspected by our quality team:
— If the exchange is approved, the customer will receive payment instructions to cover the cost of the new shipping label.
— If the item is not approved, the customer must cover the return shipping fee if they wish to have the item sent back.
Items must be in pristine condition: unused, unwashed, and with tags attached.
Only one exchange per order is allowed.
