In the case of a product purchase or gift card, the personal data of third parties provided will be used only for (i) managing the shipment or verification of receipt; (ii) fulfilling your requests; and (iii) sharing Work & Chill products with your acquaintances by email.

VI. If you choose to save your card, you expressly authorize us to process the necessary data for its activation and use. The CVV is only used for the current purchase and will not be stored. You can manage or delete your saved cards and revoke your consent at any time in your account.

VII. To prevent and detect misuse of the Platform (including fraudulent activities). Work & Chill may block transactions or cancel user accounts if fraudulent activity is detected.

VIII. For billing purposes and to make available to you the invoices for purchases you have made on the Platform.

IX. To personalize the services we offer you and to make recommendations based on your interaction with Work & Chill, including purchase history and browsing behavior, as well as showing advertising (own or third-party) according to your preferences.

X. Data Enrichment: We may combine data obtained from different sources (e.g., online store, guest checkout, browsing metadata) to better understand your needs and improve our services.

ARCO Rights and Data Protection

Gabriela Rueda S.A. de C.V. (Work & Chill), with address at Juan Alonso de Torres 2502, Col. Lomas del Campestre, C.P. 37150, León, Guanajuato, Mexico, undertakes to respect the confidentiality of your personal data and to guarantee the exercise of your ARCO rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition).
