Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape straight and not too tight.
Waist: Find the narrowest part of your waist (around belly button level) and measure around without pulling too tightly.
Hips: Measure around the widest part of your hips, ensuring the tape is level.
Height: Measure from the top of your head to the floor for accurate reference.

DELIVERY POLICY
The estimated delivery time is 2–10 business days.
All delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on product availability, courier performance, customs procedures, and other factors outside of Work & Chill’s control. If we are unable to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, we will notify you as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase. Please verify all delivery information before completing payment, as orders cannot be modified once confirmed.
All orders are shipped from Mexico and processed based on item availability.
Shipping costs are calculated upon entering the delivery address and vary according to the destination country.
Customs and Import Duties
Any import duties, taxes, or customs charges applied in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly upon delivery. Work & Chill has no control over these charges.
Responsibility for Delivery

Once the courier confirms successful delivery to the address provided by the customer, responsibility for the package passes to the customer.

Work & Chill is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Work & Chill is not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs, weather conditions, strikes, or any other events beyond our control.

SHIPPING FEES AND IMPORT DUTIES
For international orders, all shipping fees, import duties, and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. The total amount displayed before confirming your purchase includes these costs and, in most cases, no additional payments will be required upon delivery.
Please note, however, local customs authorities may apply additional charges based on their own regulations or inspection criteria. Any such charges are beyond the control of Work & Chill and are the sole responsibility of the customer as the “importer of record.”
By completing your order, you acknowledge and accept the shipping costs and import duties calculated at checkout, as well as the possibility of additional customs charges imposed by the destination country.
REFUNDS
Work & Chill does not issue refunds under any circumstances.
All confirmed purchases are final and may only be subject to an exchange under the conditions described below.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are only accepted for size or color adjustments within the same model, and the item must pass a quality inspection upon return.
Final sale, embroidered, personalized, discounted, or altered items are not eligible for exchange.
Customers must notify Work & Chill within 5 business days of receiving the order via email at envios@workandchill.com or WhatsApp at +52 477 881 0222 to receive instructions.

The customer is responsible for covering both the return shipping fee and the new shipping label for the replacement item.

If the item does not pass inspection, the exchange will not be approved. If the customer wishes to retrieve the item, they must cover the return shipping cost.
Items must be in pristine condition: unused, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags attached.
Only one exchange per order is allowed.
