To keep your product in the best condition, it's important that you wash at the minimum speed of the washing machine and do not mix it with garments of other colors, DO NOT bleach, turn and iron the garment inside out.

Dark colors such as black and navy wipe the lint remover frequently.

All delivery times listed are estimates and may be subject to change. If we are unable to deliver your order within the estimated time frame, we will notify you after placing the order to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

All orders are shipped from Mexico. Please note that orders are processed based on item availability.

Shipping costs are calculated upon entering the delivery address and are subject to the destination country.

Please note that any import duties or customs taxes are determined in the destination country and will be billed directly to you as a customer.

Once the merchandise in transit arrives at the address provided by the buyer, responsibility for the package falls on the customer.

Work and Chill is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been invoiced and confirmed as delivered to the correct shipping address.

Work and Chill is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Work and Chill is not responsible for shipping or delivery delays caused by unforeseen weather conditions or other uncontrollable events.

When purchasing any of our products with shipping to any other country (except Mexico), you, or whoever you have chosen as the recipient, will be considered the "importer".

The price of the products plus shipping to your country is what is considered at the end of the purchase, however, it is an estimate and any other import expenses or additional fees that are generated according to the regulations and policies of each country are variable and do not are the responsibility of Work & Chill. Therefore, by proceeding with the purchase and payment of your products, you accept the commitment to pay the import fees that are generated by being an importer of these products.

REFUND

Work and Chill does not refund money on a purchase. Customers can choose to exchange the product.

Refunds will only be processed if the reason for the return is due to a serious manufacturing defect in the garment, and will be made once it is received and audited by specialists to ensure that it has not been manipulated. The customer must send the item to the point of sale in the original condition it was received, without being used, altered or washed.

To report any anomaly or defect with the product, you have 48 hours to notify by email (ventas@workandchill.com) or WhatsApp (+1) 6027108652 sending photographic evidence and description of the conditions, after this time Work and Chill does not accept returns.

In case of return, Work and Chill does not take charge of shipping costs to the branch, only the cost of returning to the customer.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are subject to conditions. Changes do not apply to sales of discounted products, final sale or embroidery.

To make a change, the customer has 5 business days after the delivery date to request it and notify it via email or WhatsApp to receive shipping instructions. Changes will generate a cost which must be covered by the applicant (package costs: shipping and return).

The garment must be in optimal condition: completely new, unwashed and with labels.

Once your request and garment are received, the conditions of the garment will be audited and verified. Work and Chill reserves the right not to change the piece.

If the change is approved, it will be followed up via email or WhatsApp, taking into account that the change may take days of production of the piece if it is not available in the warehouse.

Only one change can be made on an order, two or more are not allowed.

We suggest you check your measurements in the size guide before placing your order so you can enjoy your purchase.
